Description

Casa Pat is a cozy and spacious apartment, located close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment has a large furnished terrace where you can spend a relaxing holiday admiring the mountains behind the city.

The apartment has a space of 110 m2. There is a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms.

The living room has a comfortable sofa where you can watch TV. The fireplace which can be seen in the pictures is not in use. The living room also has a dining set for six diners.
The room has an efficient air conditioner, which can either cool or heat the apartment if necessary.

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for a vacation or longer stay, e.g. dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, etc.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom and air conditioning. The other two bedrooms have separate beds and fans, but no air conditioning. In total, the apartment has sleeping places for six people. We can also arrange a bed for a small child for a small additional fee.

One bathroom has a bathtub and the other has a shower.

The apartment has free Wi-Fi.

Casa Pat is a cozy apartment for a family that doesn't want to drive a car on vacation, but wants all city services and the beach to be within walking distance.
